At 11pm on Monday, March 20th, Hubway will be running a back end software upgrade for approximately 60 mintues. During this time, here is how the upgrade could temporarily affect members and riders:
- "Casual" (non-member) riders will be unable to rent bikes. They will still be able to dock any bikes rented prior to 11pm. Casual members will be able to rent bikes again starting after the upgrade.
- Members access to bikes and docks will not be affected, but they will not be able to access their online account information until after the upgrade.
